Kraken Futures - API: Access Denied

Describe the problem:
Entered the Kraken Futures API Key but the website displays “Access denied, check your API keys.”.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Kraken Futures - https://futures.kraken.com

How did you import data into this wallet?
API Key - At least tried to

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried to only give read access to the general API. Also tried full access for Withdrawal API and General API but didn’t change anything.

Please @koinly can you look into this? I have the same issue, and the help page for it gives a 404.

I have the same issue. Tried recreating the API key but it makes no difference. The error message displayed on Koinly is " Access denied: You are not authorized to access this endpoint."

Hey guys,

Totally sorry for the inconvenience, we can’t fetch transaction history from Kraken Futures API at the moment.

Please, try using their CSVs:

  1. Go to the ‘Trade History’ page by clicking the icon in the left sidebar.
    (Kraken Futures)
  2. Click the ‘Download All’ button at the bottom.
