Koinly not automatically syncing when I Tethered, BUSD, USD coin and others.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried looking into manually putting it in but it’s not clear which options I should choose for this.
Help appreciated. When I Tether, Koinly just has no idea where the crypto went. Even when I un-tether it still doesn’t know even though it’s all still in my wallet exchange
