Issues With Swyftx API Import

Hi Team,

Having some troubles with API keys or the import data coming in from the Swyftx platform in relation to transactions showing as missing.

Have tried importing via manual upload via transaction statement and editing wallet, all to no avail.

Details are as follows -

Wallet: Swyftx (Swyftx)
Transactions: 3667
Imported with: API

  1. No airdrops/forks found
  2. 14 transactions are missing purchase history
    ---- Missing 0.06 NEAR on 2022-03-21 12:10:07 UTC
    ---- Missing 0.8 CTSI between 2021-10-17 12:39:53 UTC and 2021-10-25 09:41:49 UTC
    ---- Missing 0.000215 LTC between 2021-10-21 07:43:13 UTC and 2022-03-22 09:03:00 UTC
    ---- Missing 0.09 SUSHI between 2022-03-29 01:31:10 UTC and 2022-03-29 11:33:32 UTC
    ---- Missing 37.50641173 NU on 2021-10-15 08:37:36 UTC
    ---- Missing 0.00000119 BTC between 2022-02-02 10:31:19 UTC and 2022-03-22 09:03:00 UTC
    ---- Missing 56.99933627 CRV on 2022-05-24 13:03:46 UTC
    ---- Missing 0.05 MASK between 2021-11-04 02:44:37 UTC and 2022-03-22 09:03:00 UTC

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Hi there @Dane_B !

We have receive a few reports of missing deposits and withdrawals on Swyftx’s API.

First of, to troubleshoot, I would suggest recreating 2 Swyftx wallets, one with API and one with CSV to compare the two. Full guide here for both How to Connect Swyftx and Koinly

Then please shoot us an email at support@koinly.io from your Koinly email. You can link this thread so as to not re-explain everything. We will document those missing transactions and help you out with the discrepancies.

I have now done this as requested and emailed through.

Unfortunately I have found doing so that the second wallet (manual upload) then showed no transactions at all.

Will await your team to investigate and advise.

Don’t fret, we are on top of this. This is with our Currency guy at the moment, we will get back to you asap.

The erroneous transactions now missing is due to testing. Next step is the correct ones actually showing. :slight_smile:
