Import from Nexo is broken

Describe the problem:
I am trying to import my Nexo transaction. But I can’t find a way to make the transactions match (and I am not going to add them manually).

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
First I tried with exporting from Nexo a csv file and importing it directly. But it didn’t work, all trades were not imported.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I saw this is a common problem and that’s why I manually added all the amounts for all transaction type “Exchange”, went through https://nexo.how/csv.php and tried to import the new csv file. But now I get this error message:

My nexo data imported but was completely wrong, I think nexo isn’t working properly with koinly. It doesn’t understand how to read loans to fiat and conversions/swaps properly.

Experiencing the same problem - csv file from Nexo not mapping to Koinly. Is there any resolution to this issue?

Having the same issue with Nexo imports. Just fails each time and directs me to mapping page with no option to map anything.

We are all in the same boat - previously I could import the CSV and then manually correct the deposits to trades etc and everything seemed to be in order. The upgrade from Nexo should solve the this, allegedly.

But now we can’t even import the CSV. The frustrating thing is that Koinly are silent. SERIOUSLY thinking of moving on, but I don’t want to.

Koinly, change my mind. Talk to us.

I don’t get the point in these forums… Koinly hardly ever answers around here and people leaves the platform due to lack of support - funny way to take care of your business.

I have an issue with Nexo too, the csv isnt working anymore. I have tried getting support but have had no reply. Is there a chance we can get a refund? Or preferably a fix.

Finally some good news!
Nexo files are now fully supported.
Note: If you generated your Nexo history prior to Saturday the 9th then you need to generate a new transaction history!

The reason for this delay was that the new format provided by Nexo was actually broken and all Exchange transactions were wrong. Nexo fixed this issue this Saturday which allowed us to complete this integration
