NEXO CSV import not working, format has changed so not mapping, as of 31/03/2022

Please update CSV format. Thanks. This was a major benefit because Nexo imported so much better than on CoinTracker but now it is worse. Thinking of going back to CoinTracker :frowning:

I am getting the same issues as of 31st, it worked ok the day before?

Actually, it did not work properly the day before. Only interest payments and top-ups worked. The moment you exchanged one coin for another, you had to enter that transaction manually in KOINLY because it was not reflected properly in the old NEXO CSV.

They finally fixed that, as of yesterday, March 31, 2022.

KOINLY is aware of the problems with the old NEXO CSV, but there was nothing they could do. NEXO had to fix that. Now that the fix is released, I am sure KOINLY will make the new CSV format work ASAP.

I am also having the same problem. Hopefully Koinly will update their import to reflect the new format from Nexo that they released.

Koinly - please can you give an update on a fix? We don’t mind if it takes a bit of time to do your end, but we need guidance as we are trying to prepare taxes (and waiting to join as a paid member to do so).

tried again today, still says file cannot be automatically uploaded, Been going on for more than 9 days with still no response from Koinly

We are in his together - day 9 also.
As a UK taxpayer, it is odd we have no response. There must be thousands primed to upgrade to get the tax report and then submit to HMRC. I am checking these threads daily. C’mon Koinly, talk to us please.
