So before Koinly changed the billing setup i filed my 2020 tax reports using koinly, i paid about 150$ to purchase additional transactions on my account . Last year i paid nearly 1300$ for the highest tier plan with over 70k transactions.
Now that the billing system has changed i no longer have access to any of my historic reports, the koinly website wants me to pay for 70,000 transactions again before it will allow my to use the website.
I just today purchased a 2021 koinly tax plan , i bought over 30 k transactions. But the website is still not functional because it wants me to pay for the transactions for years previous that i already paid for.
Im on my forth ticket with koinly support. I’ve gotten one response so far and it was completely unhelpful. This issue makes koinly non functional for me and as a loyal and high spending customer i deserve better.
