How to gather data when I have been hacked for tax purposes

I was holding some strongblock nodes connecting through Metamask and I got hacked and all funds were drained out of that wallet a few years ago, how do I get a report to show these losses and how do I include this on a tax report so that I don’t have to pay capital gains tax in the UK because I didn’t sell any crypto or make any gains

Hi @anthony_veale

I recommend consulting with your accountant to ensure these transactions are handled accurately.

From a technical perspective, you can tag these transactions as “lost”. This tag removes the gains from the transactions and show them in a separate part of your report.
