How long are the TAX reports available for?

Describe the problem:

I purchased a tax plan for 2024-2025 and have downloaded a few reports which I will print.
If in a year or 2 from now HMRC want more information from me with regard to the 2024-2025 tax year will I still have access to them?

Also the reports do not have my name on them (I expect HMRC will want to see my name on them?) so I went to Settings, Tax Info and input Name but it still does not show up on the reports when I download them.
Should my name appear on the, HMRC summary report, Complete tax report, Capital gains report, income report, expenses report, other gains report?

Your Koinly tax reports will remain accessible for download in your account for the duration of your subscription. You can download them at any time during your subscription period, even if HMRC requests additional information in the future.

Hi Aria,

After reading your link I see that it is only possible to add personal details to reports that are generated in PDF form.

As far as I can see only 2, the Complete Tax Report and HMRC Summary Report are in PDF form, is that correct?
