The earnings from FTX earn is not shown up in Koinly record. Please advise how I could import them for tax reporting.

Thank you for reaching out about this, and welcome to the Discuss community! 
At the moment our API does not import the staking/lending transactions, you would need to export this data from FTX using a CSV and upload this to Koinly 
For FTX.US, our dev team has support for this on their roadmap. You can add your vote here to help this effort along. I don’t yet have an ETA for when this will be ready, though you’ll receive a notification when it’s good to go. 
To import your CSVs, we have integration pages to follow for both FTX and FTX.US.
