FTX API sync broken?

  1. I can’t find the Intercom support any longer, even if I have a paid plan, is this really the only support nowadays?

  2. FTX reports something called “Margin fee refund” multiple times per minute multiple days, like “$0.01” each time, looks noisy, no idea what it means. I fat-fingered a PERP one time that I cancelled instantly. This “Margin fee refund” shows up multiple days.

  3. Significant differences in the wallet transactions when comparing the FTX. One instance I sold 2160 of a coin, but the previous buy for that coin is only 615.1 according to Koinly. Looking at FTX the numbers add upp. This applies to a lot of transactions.

  4. Calculated balance is off by >100%.

As it stands right now I’m unable to use the service for tax reporting, which is too bad, because most other integrations work ok.

Come on Koinly. We need some support on the FTX api.
