Export/Import/Merge Prices

Due to API changes Koinly is recommending I remove and re-add wallets. I’ve been able to do that in most cases then redo manual changes (due to things koinly doesn’t handle) by exporting them and doing them by hand.

However, my (huge) NFT account had a lot of values set by hand because Koinly isn’t good at setting them or can’t know in some cases. I can’t find any way to even export those manually set costs which means I definitely can’t remove and re-add the account as I’ll lose hours of painstakingly input data. I can deal with putting it in again If I really have to but only if I can export it in the first place.

Hey @ffs_sixtynine

You are not obliged to recreate the wallet to accommodate the new API - your wallet will still be syncing on the most updated API we have.

This warning is mostly for wallets with tons of errors that users have not fixed themselves, and the update may fix them.

Check out the article we wrote about this here for more info - https://support.koinly.io/hc/en-us/articles/9915177192476-API-sync-API-has-been-upgraded-warning-on-the-troubleshooting-page

That’s great.

May I suggest that the warning is explicit about this and perhaps sends you to the help page. At the moment it’s basically telling you to delete the wallet when it should be saying DON’T delete the wallet unless you have outstanding issues you want to try and address.

Hi @ffs_sixtynine

That is a great suggestion. You can add that as a request on our Canny page and our devs will implement it as soon as they can.
