Changing Wallet from CSV to API

I have wallets that worked with CSV import in the past, i have all data until end of last year imported.
For this year I want to switch the wallet to API, should i create a “new” API Wallet starting from 01.01.2022 and leave the CSV Wallet untouched or should i change the existing wallet to API?

What would be the better approach?
i would tend to create a new Wallet because if something goes wrong i can just delete the new wallet and start over without “messing” up the old wallet

Hey @Frank_Stegerwald !

The good news here is that you do not need to choose.

You can add the API (starting from a certain date) to the existing CSV wallet. You can also in parallels add a duplicate wallet synced solely via API. Once you see which one you prefer, you can then delete the redundant one

Hope that makes sense, do not hesitate to reach out at support@koinly.io if you have any issue.

Cheers!
