Etoro balance shows held crypto as USD and shows no crypto

Describe the problem:
My crypto held in eToro shows only as a USD balance, not as the relevant crypto currencies.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
eToro

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV from eToro

What have you tried to fix this so far?
re-importing the csv MULTIPLE times and deleting the wallet and making a new one with same results.

Also having this same issue. Looks like etoro have changed their export csv slightly, but koinly have yet to make the adjustments on their end.

Is somebody looking into this?
Disappointing to see Koinly support not even acknowledging so many reports like this on their forum.

Yes it’s a mess , showing I have 8000 dollars, when I have none
… and it shows all the trades that I am copy trading
So not sure if I am going to carry on with Etoro
If it makes no sense to pay extra to koinly for extra transactions that a copy trader is doing
