Etoro balance shows held crypto as USD

Describe the problem:
My crypto held in eToro shows only as a USD balance, not as the relevant crypto currencies. Trades that are closed (sold) show correctly.

Also, Etoro staking rewards for TRX are shown as USD deposits.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I could manually change them all but they that would not be profitable.

Imported with: CSV

  1. No airdrops/forks found
  2. No crypto withdrawals found

I have the same issue. Everything is listed as an usd transaction and it doesn’t even list the crypto I bought just the rewards.

I have the same problem - the crypto transanctions from etoro are not imported
