Importing eToro Money crypto wallet transaction history into Koinly?

Hello,

I am in the process of doing the taxation for 2024 and have successfully imported the transaction history from Bitstamp, the eToro trade platform, as well as Coinbase. Although, I noticed that the eToro transaction history does not include the purchases and transactions i made directly in the eToro Money crypto wallet app. This is crucial to get the right taxation basis and it would be an headache to add manually. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Hi @Southplain

Check out our integration guide for eToro:

Dear Aria,

I have looked through your guide, but the question above is still there. How to get a csv file out of the etoro wallet that I can import into Koinly.

Check out the instructions, please:

If you export your file following our instructions and it does not get imported, please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat sharing the original unopened file so that we can investigate.

Aria,

Thanks for you kind answer. Although, this includes the transactions on the etoro platform and not the etoro WALLET, correct me if im wrong.

Hi @Southplain

You are correct. The instructions are for the transactions on the platform.

For the eToro web3 wallet which is a non-custodial wallet you should create a separate wallet in Koinly for each network (ETH, BTC, SOL,…) you have interacted with using your public key (receiving address), just like how you add MetaMask, Ledger, etc.
