eToro Wallet Integration

Hi Koinly Team,

last year eToro has introduced it´s cryptocurrency wallet.
If a crypto position in your “normal” eToro account
meets certain conditions you are able to transfer
the underlying asset to the wallet.

I personally feel quite doomed because i have
done this, plus i have sent some of my crypto
to my other accounts, f.e. Binance and i did a
wallet internal trade between two cryptocurrencies.
So my eToro wallet is inevitably linked and mixed inside
my entire crypto tax report, however, on Koinly, i can´t document this
properly yet.

In my opinion the eToro wallet needs to be added
as it´s very own instance for the users documentation in Koinly.
The eToro wallet pretty much acts as it´s own depot since i can not only
send/receive crypto, i also can exchange crypto for crypto,
which i did.

My Binance and Bitpanda depot as shown in Koinly has
some deposits referenced.
I know which ones are from my eToro wallet.

To wrap it up we probably need:

  1. „Transfer to Wallet“ being recognized by the „normal“ eToro .csv/.xlsx Import with the fixed eToro fees (f.e. 0,006 ETH),
  2. The ability to manually enter the blockchain transaction coming as a consequence of„Transfer to Wallet“ into a „eToro Wallet“ depot inside Koinly,
  3. The ability to manually enter trades manually for the eToro wallet,
  4. The ability to manually enter the adresses of the eToro wallet,
  5. The ability to manually enter the withdrawals from the eToro wallet and linking them to other depots,
  6. All of this correctly calculated from the taxes/Koinly point of view in the end given the case there is something to be considered the normie like me doesn´t quite know,

I would like to leave this article in this context:

Maybe there is a workaround to this.
Does someone know how to work this out on Koinly?

This is my first crypto tax report and i dont want to mess things up.
If i do it will most probably hurt for the coming years because everything is pretty much based on the
first year.

I i forgot something i will most probably edit or comment.

thank you!

I think I might have a similar problem. I have recently moved ETH and BTC via eToro Money to my hardware wallet. My Dashbaord and Tax Report are inaccurate.

I have tried altering the report time. eToro assure me that their reports are GMT, not BST. I have tried GMT, GMT +1 and GMT -1 but it either thinks I just have USD, no USD or way more USD in fiat. Sometime it shows crypto, others not. It also seems to show transfers as sales. Of course, Koinly knows nothing of eToro Money balances or, I assume, transactions. Thus, it isn’t giving accurate CGT reports.
