Drift wallet (hacked exchange) cannot sync data

Describe the problem:
I am not able to login into Drift.io to download my trading history since the exchange was hacked. I also cannot seem to get any transactions to sync if I paste the wallet address (I believe the wallet address to be correct but not 100%).

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Drift

How did you import data into this wallet?
usually sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Sync multiple times, delete and relink the wallet address

If this is a centralized exchange, you willingness refer to Closed exchanges (MtGox, Cryptopia, etc.), however, if a DEX, you should be able to sync your public address in Koinly as explained in the guide below:
