Deposit fees are not recognized

On Bitbuy, the exchange charges a fee to deposit fiat currency. I cannot figure out how to have the fees deducted. Example; deposit of $1200 CAD has a fee of $17.73 and the deposit is recorded as $1200 rather than $1182.57.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? Bitbuy

Hmm, how strange. Does the CSV contain a header for “fee_amount” ?

Yes, it has the header.
