Defi CDC Trade CSV file import issue!

Describe the problem:
trying to import my 30days Transactions CSV to koinly CDC wallet.
Keeps saying unknown file

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Using the free excel, when I click export on my crypto.com > wallet > Transactions > 30 days > Export.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I have tried following the steps in Map field.
