Crypto.com Showing fiat balances that aren't there

As stated above
Crpto.com has balances in GBP and USDC that dont exist

Imported by CSV file

I’ve deleted a GBP transaction which brings the balance to zero but id rather not be having to do this as it may look a bit shady in ant tax investigations etc

whats the best wat to go about these weird balances going forward ?

Hi @BillyG

Thanks for your question! :+1:t2:

The first thing I’d like to check is that you’ve imported all of the CSVs needed for the Crypto.com wallet. There should be a separate file for Transactions, Deposits & Withdrawals and Trade History:

Transactions CSV file

  1. Log in to Crypto.com.
  2. From your dashboard, select wallet from the menu on the left.
  3. Select the transactions tab.
  4. Pick a date range (maximum 30 days). You will need to cover your entire trading history on Crypto.com, so you’ll likely need to export multiple files.
  5. Select export.

Deposit & Withdrawals CSV file

  1. Log in to Crypto.com.
  2. From your dashboard, select wallet from the menu on the left.
  3. Select the deposit & withdrawal tab.
  4. Pick a date range (maximum 180 days). You will need to cover your entire trading history on Crypto.com, so you’ll likely need to export multiple files.
  5. Select export.

Trade History CSV file

  1. Log in to Crypto.com.
  2. From your dashboard, select orders from the menu on the left.
  3. Select the trade history tab.
  4. Pick a date range (maximum 180 days). You will need to cover your entire trading history on Crypto.com, so you’ll likely need to export multiple files.
  5. Select export.

It’s worth mentioning that none of the fiat will appear in your reports, so the GBP isn’t a huge concern. The USDC would need to be correct though. :+1:t2:
