Looking like Koinly is blocking some transactions from being sent through because it gets flagged as a Crypto Earn

What have you tried to fix this so far?
At the moment, I can’t do anything, the way the system was set up, it locked the transactions in the incorrect order, and deleted the purchase history for said CRO.
Attempting to add in the deposit, deleted the transactions for both Crypto App and Crypto Org Chain.
Fixed it by deleting both Org and App and reimporting CSV, then adding in the transactions manually, I had to go back a few minutes because the transaction was being flagged as already existing
