Crypto.com APP purchase not linking to crypto exchange

Describe the problem:
I have the below issue with my crypo.com exchange transactions, the purhcase history is from crypto.com APP which I have also uploaded but they transaction are not being linked

Wallet: Crypto.com (Crypto.com)
Transactions: 69
Imported with: CSV

  1. 9 transactions are missing purchase history
    ---- Missing 4897.15 USDT on 2023-11-01 15:16:07 UTC
    ---- Missing 4.963894 USDC between 2023-08-28 11:01:17 UTC and 2023-08-28 14:34:15 UTC
