Cost Basis wrong - Binance wallet

Describe the problem:
Cost Basis wrong - so it is showing a large capital gain.
I bought £4000 worth of VGX 799 (via ETH), then a week later I sold 3/4 of it (via BTC). The price of VGX was roughly the same price when bought and sold so 799 = £4000. SO 598 VGX is roughly £3000. Koinly has calculated the cost basis to be £2500 and not £3000

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
exchange is Binance, coin is VGX

How did you import data into this wallet?
Data and all transactions have been imported via API, they are correct its just the cost basis that is incorrect.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I cannot see anywhere to manually change this error, Tried the koinly help (I have a free plan), so they were no help and said to come here.

Also all the coins have stayed on Binance. I know I haven’t made any profit off this transaction.

In Koinly my settings are,
Cost basis method - shared pool/individuals for HMRC
Wallet based cost tracking disabled

You can dig in to the cost basis for a transaction. Click on the transaction row so that it expands. Then click on the Cost analysis tab in the expanded area. You could post a screen grab of what you see for the transaction showing the gain. You can also click on the little eye symbol to view prior transactions for that token, just below the bin symbol in the expanded area.
