Describe the problem:
Cardano native assets that are moved from my wallet to pool for staking are not showing removed from the wallet showing the wrong holdings for the wallet in the overview.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Make sure you have added your xpub key instead of your single address as explained in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano: No transactions or few txns imported.
Try resyncing the wallet from beginning - How to resync your wallet from the beginning.
Also, make sure your staking transactions are tagged - Staking and farming tokens
