CoinEX not importing trades

CoinEx is leaving me with a large amount of items with unfound purchases / trades. I have imported the files, deleted the wallet and readded it, deleted the API and readded it.. I made sure the API has Trades permission - I just can’t get it to find where these coins came from:

Wallet: CoinEx (CoinEx)
Transactions: 210
Imported with: API

  1. No airdrops/forks found
  2. No trades found
  3. API does not allow access to: Trades
    ---- Trade history can not be retrieved
  4. 8 transactions are missing purchase history
    ---- Missing 21063.574054 USDT between 2021-09-14 16:53:29 UTC and 2021-11-28 02:49:02 UTC
    ---- Missing 8.85675101 SOL on 2021-10-07 22:44:21 UTC
    ---- Missing 1836.16731673 NRG on 2021-06-03 03:02:54 UTC

Same issue here. Cannot use the API to import trades and also cannot upload trades with CSV. I really don’t want to manually upload over 100 transactions, how can i fix this?
