CoinEX import not working correctly with either API or CSV

Describe the problem:

I’ve tried using the API and while it imports, it then shows no trades, which there have been a lot! I also tried using the import file, but then it doesn’t show deposits or withdrawals. I have also used both Spot and Margin accounts and so I’m not sure how it handles those either.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Both API and import using .csv

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted and retried. Also, reset up the API to insure it had read access to trades.

I’ve having similar problem except only deposits are showing but trades are not. I had to manually add them in myself to get it to align correctly. I’ve tried and deleted multiple times as well.
