Have setup API to Coinex exchange but Konly system not reading API

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Have made several attempts to re-create API but each time it wont retrieve the correct data.
no errors - just retrieves nothing. API access at Coinex is set to read only.
Hi, I’ve tried to import Coinex transaction list (which includes withdrawls and deposits) and it doesn’t work. I can only import the withdrawls and deposit lists but no transactions. I also tried via the API and that didn’t work either. Please look at the Coinex api and csv manual sync methods as they are not working properly! thank you
Will you guys correct the API issue ? you guys set it up with the exchange
