Wallet: Coinbase Pro (Coinbase Pro)
Transactions: 2123
Imported with: API

  1. product_id is not a valid product (400)
  2. No airdrops/forks found
  3. API does not allow access to: Multiple portfolios
  4. 2 transactions are missing purchase history
    ---- Missing 77160.473222 XRP between 2021-01-18 22:26:26 UTC and 2021-01-18 22:29:31 UTC

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have deleted the wallet and reloaded it several times. I also deleted my old API key and created a new API key and received the same error

It could be due to the Coinbase Pro Maintenance that the website says that it is undergoing right now. My only guess

Same here! So frustrating. I uploaded my new transactions with Coinbase Pro via import, but the import they want you to submit from Coinbase Pro does not include withdrawals and duplicates the transactions weird as well. Someone please fix this :confused:

Same here, as CBP is the main exchange I use it’s messed everything up

Still not working. I’ve tried uploading the csv files but they produced completely wrong figures. Hope it’s fixed soon

same here, that bug has been there for last 5 or 6 days I think.

Mine is now including old coins (stuff that I sold almost a year ago on Pro) back into my dashboard as live. Totally unusable right now.

Still not working. Messing up my whole portfolio. Yikes. Hope they fix this soon.

FYI, I heard back from them via the messenger service. They are aware of the issue and said they are working on a fix. Also, to try and sync the wallet again in the next few days.

Thank goodness they are working on it! Thanks for the update but really, Koinly should be keeping its users informed of this.

Hi Support

I am looking to do my tax return but Coinbase pro has gone crazy on balances dues to this error
I have deleted the wallet and api keys and started again but get exactly the same error

API Error: product_id is not a valid product (400)

please help !
