Koinly is ignoring my Purchase history that are recorded in Coinbase Pro, causing missing purchase history errors in Coinbase wallet

Describe the problem:
My Coinbase wallet is reporting missing purchase history errors on 9 transactions back in 2021. I did some digging and found that the said purchase transactions are actually recorded in my Coinbase Pro walle,t but apparently are ignored by Koinly.

Deleted my Coinbase and Coinbase Pro wallets and re-added them choosing the CSV import method per Koinly AI agent (Note: Very hard to communicate to a real human support rep).

But the same error are still there in the Coinbase wallet. Clicked open the newly created Coinbase Pro wallet, and saw the following message:

Wallet: Coinbase Pro (Coinbase Pro)
Transactions: 159
Imported with: CSV

  1. No crypto deposits found

So basically my Pro wallet has 159 transactions, but Koinly is saying no deposits found?

How do I make Koinly to recognized my Coinbase Pro wallet so I can fix the missing purchase history errors that my Coinbase wallet is complaining about?

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Coinbase and Coinbase Pro

How did you import data into this wallet?

Both API and CSV imports

What have you tried to fix this so far?

Tried both deleting and recreating the wallets in question with both API and CSV file imports

Can you import in another wallet and try again?

Hi @gonegoin

“No crypto deposits found” is not an error and does not refer to fiat deposits. If you haven’t deposited any crypto into the account, there’s nothing to worry about.

Regarding Coinbase Pro, please make sure to import both the Account and Fills files into the wallet for all years. You can also connect Coinbase via API, which is generally accurate.
