CEx.io API access not working

Describe the problem:
Created new API key/secret, activated it, not working, sync not starting at all.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted/recreated API keys/secrets a few times. Tried to activate using both Firefox and Chrome browsers on CEX.io. Not sure if their API is broken, or the client here is.

The API for CEX.io has had issues with not pulling transactions in, though recently we’ve not had feedback of those issues. Thank you for sharing what you’ve done to troubleshoot! Have you deleted the wallet in your account and then recreated it with new API keys?

I’ll connect with our advanced team to create a bug report if you still aren’t able to sync your CEX.io wallet.

As a temporary alternative approach you can use the CSV method to import the transaction data.

If you’re able to connect using API and see missing transactions or incorrect balances, please connect with our support team so they can investigate.
