Cex.io requires beta access - not importing most recent transactions

Describe the problem:
I added a Cex.io wallet a couple of months ago but it is not showing my most recent 4 transactions. The missing transactions are after 4 April 2020, so maybe its new transactions in the new tax year that is the problem. The Wallet on koinly says ‘Cex.io requires beta access’ but I can’t find an option anywhere for that.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Synced wallet. Couldn’t find anything else. I could import csv.

Hi there, i am having the same issue. Ive connected my “cex.io” wallet, via API. But on the Koinly “Wallets” overview Page, i get the message “0 transactions” and: “CexIo requires beta access” - how can i make it work? I dont want to use the CSV import obviously…

Is there any further progress here? Cex.io CSV imports do not create correct results.

Slightly bemused reaction I had from CEX.io when I questioned why their API wasn’t working (I have double checked with alternative crypto tax prep services to make sure it wasn’t specific to Koinly). They claimed the API is not used for tax purposes. Maybe Koinly can fix this by talking to CEX.io?
