Can't import Paymium via API

Describe the problem:

On a freshly create koinly account, I try to sync with my (old) paymium account.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Paymium platform

How did you import data into this wallet?

Via API and dedicated API token

What have you tried to fix this so far?

Try a second time
Try another time “from the beginning”

In koinly interface I only get “something went wrong, please retry” and nothing else: hard to fix with so few error information.

So, email sent to support last week. Do you think koinly team will have a look to paymium integration before the end of this week?
