When I click to add a transaction the screen goes a little darker but nothing happens after I select withdrawal. Also when I go to download a report for 24-25, nothing happens.

This should be an issue with your browser. Would you try the below to get started troubleshooting this?
- Log in through https://api.koinly.io/cf(this should clear the Cloudflare cache)
- Try a different browser if you haven’t already.
- Try accessing Koinly on another device such as a mobile phone, tablet or iPad.
- If you’re using a VPN, try changing the server to the UK or US
- If you are using an iOS device, please try temporarily disabling Private Relay in your iCloud settings
