Hello. I want to download my report but it keeps saying my report needs to finish. There are transactions that need review that i have already deleted (because it was a scam airdrop) . It has been hours now and no new transactions are being added. I also am not adding any new wallets either.
How do i go about forcing a tax report download? Thank you.

There can be a few reasons why the calculations might take a while to complete.
In some cases if the updating gains seem stuck, this is likely a glitch.
Try this as a workaround;
Go to your Transactions page and find the most recent synced API transaction.
Soft delete it, then restore it.
This should then kickstart the process.
Note, calculations for accounts with more than 10k transactions can at peak times take up to 12 hours.
If the account still appears stuck/frozen, please connect with our support team to further investigate the issue.
