I cannot download my report even though it says its 100% finished. The following reasons are given below:

Synced my wallets via recommended way.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Soft delete/restore.
Full delete and resync.

How many transactions do you have?
Times can vary, especially during tax season.
As a guideline, if you have less than 5k transactions, then calculation can take up to 2-3 hours using the above method.
Any changes/syncs you make to the data after initiating a soft-delete/restore, then this will cause the calculations to restart.
