Bitrue showing transfers between exchange and ledger as withdrawals and not linking back to ledger transfer

I am finding the with Bitrue

Transactions that are transfers between ledger nano and exchange show up on the ledger as withdrawal when it is a transfer to/from the exchange.

Also XRPToolKit Decentralised Exchange is not working with the API and comes back with sync error due to API on the ledger when syncing.
