Bitrue Exchange shows no transactions after API setup

Describe the problem:
After setting up API keys for my final exchange (Bitrue) it continues to tell that I have no transactions found. I had linked it once with the API keys before but then I had to delete the exchange/wallet because it needed a manual import for the deposits and withdrawals and the first time around did not have the correct dates and times lined with my other wallets. So it made it transfer a deposit and withdrawal. Giving me gain/loss.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bitrue

How did you import data into this wallet?
API keys

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have tried setting up new API keys for for Koinly through Bitrue and every time it is done syncing it tells that I have no transactions.

Wallet: Bitrue (Bitrue)
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

I too am missing transactions, I’ve done both API and CSV but 16 are missing

Same same have you fix it out yet how to syncing it to Koinly?

We’re aware of the issues with Bitrue and working on a fix, you can track the progress here:

We’ve got some updates coming out next few days so hopefully this will not be far behind!

Sorry for the inconvenience! For now the workaround is to either get a CSV with the missing transactions or add them manually directly in Koinly.

Is there an update on this? - I’m experiencing the same problem after trying to add a wallet today.

UPDATE: I’ve just retried and it now looks OK!

Is there any update on this? I cannot open this link as it says I need a koinly.io email address.

Is there a known solution for this yet? My Bitrue auto-sync is showing zero transactions still.

No update? Its been long enough. API still does not work and the Biture csv export is atrocious.

So tax deadline is in 2 days and I STILL cannot import Bitrue history into Koinly. I setup the API/Secret, try to import my history and I show no transactions. I could REALLY use this feature as trying to pull down Bitrue’s history and create a CSV for Koinly is horrible! Bitrue support is just as bad as their history exports - I’m getting nowhere with this.

you need to sort this ASAP api and csv do not work.

There was an update to the BItrue CSV import on April 17th, please obtain a new CSV file using the method outlined below and import this to Koinly.

still no respone email back with a how to fix. API is not working and Bitrue csv’s are not importable. Working with my cpa to help manually add them…

I’m having the same issue… are there any updates. I had similar issues using cointracker as well.
