Describe the problem:
I’ve added a Trezor Bitcoin wallet to Koinly using the xpub key located within Trezor. The wallet has transaction history and balance but Koinly is showing “No transactions found”
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bitcoin Trezor “Legacy SegWit” account
How did you import data into this wallet?
Copy / paste the xpub key from Trezor to Koinly when adding a “Bitcoin” wallet on Koinly
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the key on the API line. And also deleting and re-adding the wallet on Koinly. It always shows zero transactions, but this is a wallet that has transactions and a current balance
