BTC from Coinomi wallet transactions aren't showing up

Describe the problem:
Tried to import my BTC transactions from my Coinomi wallet using the XPUB key. I see an error saying “Invalid public key or no data” + 0 transactions (which isn’t the case).

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Coinomi, BTC.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I followed the guide listed here: https://help.koinly.io/en/articles/4496457-exporting-xpub-from-brd-jaxx-other-wallets.

Steps: Use Coinomi recovery seed to find XPUB key. Added BTC / Coinomi wallet into Koinly by inputting XPUB key.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

  1. Troubleshooting/editing and re-entering XPUB.
  2. Deleted BTC wallet and re-added it with XPUB.
