Bitcoin from Ledger not sync anymore

From some days, my Bitcoin wallet not syncing anymore.
I’ve added the xpub key grabbed from ledger live app, and I never had any problems until a few days ago.

In particular, I’ve made a swap from ledger app (changelly) and I don’t see the received BTC that is correctly reported in the balance.

Would you resync the wallet from the beginning (hard-sync) as instructed in How to resync your wallet from the beginning?
