Describe the problem:
I can’t get the data I need from the ‘generate all’ csv as it doesn’t include any usd-M futures information (but it does include the Coin-M futures - WHY???)
So, I’ve downloaded the usd-m futures info via trade history, export but koinly won’t accept the csv and i don’t know how to format it properly with the profit & loss
