Kucoin Futures API

Describe the problem:
Attempting to manually do Kucoin Futures CSV to upload but it is not working correctly. It does not discover transfer even after doing exactly what told and is very frustrating that every for Kucoin Futures has to be done manually (while other crypto tax software already have API working). When is the API going to working. (If not, will have to take business elsewhere).

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Have attempted to do everything manually, even API doesn’t work properly. May have to consider going to a different provider.

Hey there!

We’re working on getting the API to sync with futures but I don’t have a timeline at the moment.
It should still work with the CSV method but the way it gets exported from KuCoin can be a bit difficult to sort out since you need a few different CSVs to get the complete history.

What we suggest is to contact KuCoin support and ask them to generate a full transaction history file, they are usually very happy to do so!
The file they provide should have all your transactions in a single CSV that is recognized by Koinly.

Please give that a try and see if it sorts out your issue for now, while we work on getting the API sync to work.

I asked for that, but what the reason Koinly cannot work directly with API ?
Kucoin support future api and I see that Coinpanda have it working, I’m sure you can do it
