Missing all Futures data on Binance. Synced through API.
I’m missing Coin Margined Futures data (lots of wins, and a few huge losses unfortunately).
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance.
How did you import data into this wallet?
API. I can’t export a CSV of Futures history only a .xlsx
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried other crypto tax website but want to see if this one will work as I have other issues with the other site - they atleast do get my futures history!)
I am experiencing the same issue. I had not tried futures for a couple of weeks but today the API seems to have stopped working as I get no trade data.

Unfortunately, Binance does not provide Coin-M futures history via API (but they do provide USD futures).
We are waiting for a response from Binance on when they will fix this issue (among other issues).
You will need to import your Coin-M futures via CSV or XLSX files.

Do we need to create a separate Binance COIN-USD account and API for it to work or will it be smoothly included into the Main Binance account?
It should be imported into the same Binance wallet.

So I am not seeing any of the future trades, just the Margin Fees and realized PNL from Binance Futures (USD-M) Is that expected behaviour?
Yes 
Binance will report the profit/loss from your futures but not the trades themselves.
This is also the preferred reporting method for Koinly and it’s the way that futures are usually reported.

yes, I would prefer that as well but that all got messed up when I import the transaction history via CSV (as I was told by support that that is the more reliable way to deal with Binance)
Now I have 38k transactions compared to the 8k prior to that.
What to do?
