What you need to do in this case is to simply create a transaction where you “Swap” the tokens with the old ticker for the new one.

Just make sure to be logged in to your Koinly account when opening the link since it will not work otherwise.

Created an account because I’m facing this problem too. The problem with the proposed solution is that it’s impractical. The Binance BETH is the staked version of the second most popular crypto (ETH). And as such accumulates daily in the account. We don’t want to “swap” tokens to the correct one for each day.
@PopTarter I don’t know your case but for me the problem only lasted two days and everything went back to normal automatically. Didn’t have to do anything to fix this.
