**Describe the problem: Binance autosync does not include my deposits (with faster payment) and transactions with GBP

Binance auto-sync doesn’t work since years and they are saying it’s binance fault, what I’m not sure if believe it or not, anyways, forget about binance for now, the current workaround is exporting “All transactions” on binance, the one you can only export 3 times per month, and then import it here. For tax purposes it is ok, as a wallet tracker you cannot use koinly for now while they fix his.

Do you know how to generate the statement for Binance subaccount ?
Anyone know how to change file type for the transactions? I downloaded them since opened account with Binance but the file type doesn’t upload to Koinly. I am using mobile phone and there’s no way to change the file type.
Also I’ve traded using the ‘futures’ and ‘coin-m’. I’ve made profit on what I’ve traded however I can’t seem to see the reflection in my Koinly account but it’s there on my Binance. Do those trades have to be manually added??
If you talk about a file please remember to also mention what type of file are you talking about. In my case I couldn’t see any missing trades from the Transactions history (I have also used futures once), at least I don’t have any errors. Please make sure you downloaded the Transactions History, the one you can only download tree times per month and not the “Orders” or other files.

It says the file type is .gz not one I’ve heard of to be honest. I cannot change it or open it in any app I have. I downloaded via my phone however not laptop or desktop. I followed the instructions to download it that Koinly suggest too which is why I’m confused.
Update. Sorted the file type. Basically a zip file of sorts and after downloading a few apps managed to sort it. Still isnt completely correct, balances for Koinly and Binance are off, however I have some funds tied up in mining which hasn’t matured. Does anyone know if that updates once it’s finished but while mining it doesn’t show up?
I had the same issue with AUD to Binance deposits. They are not appearing in Koinly, along with my initial BTC purchase with AUD. To resolve the issue on my end, I manually created these transactions in Koinly, which seems to have resolved the issue for me.
