9 transaction records failed and 4 transactions skipped, when uploading to koinly the trust wallet txns made using pancakeswap

Describe the problem:

  1. when i imported my transactions of trust wallet(using pancakeswap), 19 transaction records failed and 4 transactions skipped and not sure how to resolve the issues . i can provide trust wallet address if required. please email me
  2. portfolio amounts i see in trust wallet does not match in amount or tokens to the summarized portfolio on Koinly

i uploaded three files to process trust wallet transactions in KOINLY, but one of the file is giving me issues.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
i cannot proceed further as the transaction history i got from the pancakeswap(Connectted to trust wallet) is giving me transactions, which caused errrors.

NOTE: below is one of the errors i received
