2022 Tax Report - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'total')

Hi, I receive the following error message when calculating my taxes: “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘total’)”.

I auto-synced my Metamask wallet and Coinbase transactions.

I tried in another browser and still received the same error message.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

There are a few things that you can try to solve this:

  1. Login through https://api.koinly.io/cf , this should clear the Cloudflare cache, browser’s cache, and any cookies.
  2. Try a different browser (which you already have).
  3. Turn off your VPN if you have one on.
