Error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'net')"

Describe the problem:
When I click the yellow “Add to Wealthsimple” button I get a red popup that says “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘net’)”. My report is generated and sent to my email, but my tax software is not populated.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far? Logging out and in to Wealthsimple Tax and Koinly several times.

Would you also take the steps below:

  1. Login through https://api.koinly.io/cf, this should clear the Cloudflare cache, browser’s cache, and any cookies.

  2. Try a different browser

  3. Turn off your VPN if you have one on.
