Hi all,
I imported my Coinbase exchange history via api, and all balances except eth are showing correctly. Currently eth is showing as a zero balance which is incorrect.
In addition to this, none of my Ethereum transactions are showing either.
This issue is independent of Coinbase and the amount of Ethereum in my Coinbase pro and other Ethereum wallets are correct.
I have tried deleting my wallet, and resyncing it from the beginning with no luck.
Please help!
Have you been able to import any Ethereum Coinbase Wallet transactions yet? I just purchased Koinly and have been working all week on this with little luck.
Seems like both BTC and ETH are not being reflected correctly between Koinly and Coinbase.
This started during last week and it would be super to get some kind of update from the Koinly team…
That’s crazy these are the top two cryptos, we cant afford to have these issues
I tried linking my accounts to a couple of Koinly’s competitor’s sites and there were no problems.
It’s definitely an issue that is unique to Koinly for the moment
Same issue, glad at least that that others are getting it but would love an update too.
Had to go to autosync and click on the api settings and it started working for me again, after stuffing around deleting my wallet… Had to go and redo some manaul stuff which was annoying.
