XRPL Wallet Sync Error

I’m trying to import an XRPL wallet and it gets 5 transactions in, hits a token it doesn’t recognize, and errors out. Error number 1 below is the problem, the rest are caused by not importing the rest of the wallet history. The WIP token in question is for a long-defunct service for emailing you when your wallet receives a payment.

I’ve been in Ripple since 2014 and have dozens of wallets with all kinds of weird tokens that don’t necessarily have any monetary value. I need this to fail gracefully and import the full wallet history and then tell me to fix what it doesn’t recognize. Does anyone have any advice for how to get it to sync my wallet?

Yep, lack of good XRPL support is frustrating.
XRP’s one of the oldest blockchains, and spent years in the top 3.

  1. Fees are imported as separate transactions.

  2. I’ve had issues with SOLO token on the XRPL not matching up with API reporting.

  3. Orders on the XRPL DEX (which has existed for almost a decade) don’t import properly if the order is filled over multiple trades. The API will only parse the first trade, not the whole order.
